Car Accidents in Oregon
More than 100,000 collisions occur within our state each year. Tens of thousands of people are left with injuries that require some form of medical treatment. When victims incur broken bones, spinal cord damage, and traumatic brain injuries, they are forced to undergo immediate and long-term treatment. Not only are victims left to suffer physically from their crashes, but their families suffer as well. They are often forced to endure stacking medical costs and devastating financial consequences from lost wages and property repairs.
We want to believe that we will always make it to our destinations without any problems, but this is far from reality. Drivers who are under the influence of alcohol, distracted by cell phones, and drivers who speed and engage in other reckless driving behaviors place the lives of other motorists and their passengers at risk every day across our state.
When victims are injured in accidents, due to the negligence of others, they often have legal options available to help them hold at-fault parties accountable. Working with a Tualatin car accident attorney can help to ensure you are able to get the justice and the compensation you deserve.
