Tillamook County, OR (February 19, 2021) – An auto accident reported in Tillamook County claimed the lives of two people on Thursday morning. At around 10:55 a.m., on February 18, the Oregon State Police responded to the scene of a crash on Highway 22.

Reports from authorities show that 28-year-old Jonathan Moreland was driving a Ford Ranger east on Highway 22, just east of Hebo, when his vehicle collided with a Dodge Ram 3500.

Moreland and his passenger, 46-year-old Jimmie Toll, were both fatally injured in the accident. The two men were pronounced deceased at the scene. Two other passengers in the Ford Ranger were transported to area hospitals for medical treatment. At this time, the crash remains under investigation.
