Portland, OR – Two Injured in Taxi Crash on NW 2nd Ave near NW Everett StOregon Legal News
Portland, OR (March 11, 2022) – Two people were transported to area hospitals with injuries following a crash in the Old Town section of Portland early Thursday morning. At around 3 a.m., on March 10, the Portland Police Bureau responded to the scene of a crash on Northwest 2nd Avenue.
Reports from authorities show that a taxi and a second vehicle collided on Northwest 2nd Avenue in the area of Northwest Everett Street during the early morning hours.
The driver of the taxi was located in his vehicle severely injured and unconscious. The victim was removed from the vehicle by responding emergency crews.
The driver of the taxi and the driver of the second vehicle were both rushed to area hospitals for care.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation by the Portland Police Major Crash Team.
