Portland, OR – Two Injured in MVA on OR-99W near MM 29
Portland, OR (February 25, 2022) – Two people were left severely injured as a result of a motor vehicle accident in Yamhill County on Wednesday morning, February 23.
At around 9:55 a.m., the Oregon State Police responded to a collision on Oregon State Route 99 West.
Reports show that a Toyota Prius was rear-ended by a Chevrolet Tahoe near mile marker 29. The impact of the crash pushed the Prius across the center lines where it collided with an oncoming Dodge Ram pickup truck.
The driver of the Prius sustained severe injuries in the crash and was airlifted to a local hospital for care.
The driver of the Tahoe was also injured and transported via ambulance to an area hospital.
OSP is currently investigating the incident.
