Portland, OR (March 24, 2023) – Two people were left injured as a result of a car crash that took place in Northeast Portland on Thursday morning, March 23.

At around 9:45 a.m., the Portland police and Portland Fire & Rescue responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Northeast 10th Avenue.

According to officials, a Tesla through the glass wall of a building located on Northeast 10th Avenue at the intersection of Northeast Couch Street.

A woman became pinned behind her desk as a result of the accident, resulting in injuries. A second victim was struck by debris.

Firefighters and police managed to free the woman. Both injured victims were transported to a local hospital. No details on their specific conditions have been confirmed.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation by the Portland Police Bureau.
