Initial reports into the crash showed that 63-year-old Maureen Connealy was driving west in a Chevrolet equinox when her vehicle collided with a Freightliner that was driven by 43-year-old Jason Gress, near mile marker 42. The impact of the crash caused the truck to jackknife and collide with a Honda Odyssey, which was driven by 79-year-old Raymond Frankel.
