Portland, OR – Three Killed in Auto Accident on Highway 101 near MM 122
Portland, OR (August 16, 2022) – A vehicle collision reported on Monday in the Portland area claimed the lives of multiple victims. On August 15, calls for assistance came in surrounding an auto accident on Highway 101.
Reports from local authorities show that a collision between vehicles occurred on Highway 101 in the area near mile marker 122 on Monday, just two miles north of Lincoln Beach.
The crash caused severe disruptions in traffic as the Oregon State Police closed off the highway to investigate.
Three people involved in the crash suffered fatal injuries and were all pronounced deceased at the scene.
The total number of people injured in the accident is unknown at this time.
