Portland, OR (April 24, 2021) – Two people have lost their lives following a motor vehicle accident in the Portland area on Wednesday evening. At approximately 8:30 p.m., on April 21, emergency crews were notified that an accident on Williamette Falls drive required assistance.

According to reports, 52-year-old Stephanie Chambers of Molalla was driving a Jeep on Williamette Falls Drive in the vicinity of 6th Avenue and Chestnut Drive when her vehicle collided with a Prius.

Both Chambers and the driver of the Prius, 21-year-old Blaise McGuire from West Linn, were killed instantly in the accident. A juvenile in the Prius was transported to a local hospital for the treatment of undisclosed injuries. At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
