Fatal Motor Vehicle Accidents in Oregon
Every year, motor vehicle accidents throughout our state leave tens of thousands of people with life-altering injuries. Although we want to believe that everyone is able to overcome their injuries, this is not always the case. Regrettably, there are many instances where people succumbed to their injuries. In fact, around 500 people lose their lives each year in traffic-related incidents throughout the state of Oregon.
These accidents often leave bereaved families struggling to move forward. As they attempt to deal with the mental and emotional consequences of an unexpected loss, they are forced to spend tens of thousands of dollars on funeral expenses and deal with unanticipated financial repercussions. The impacts of fatal collisions are far-reaching and can have lasting consequences for surviving relatives. Although there is nothing that can be done to bring back those taken away from us due to these accidents, many families may have legal options available to help them secure compensation to help move forward.
