Portland, OR – Pedestrian Struck & Killed in Early-Morning Crash on NW Yeon Ave

Portland, OR (October 21, 2021) – A motor vehicle accident reported early Wednesday morning on the Northwest side of Portland claimed one person’s life.

At around 3:30 a.m., on October 20, the Portland Police were requested on-site at a crash on Northwest Yeon Avenue.

Reports show that a pedestrian was traveling on Northwest Yeon Avenue during the early morning hours when they were struck by a vehicle. Crews arrived at the scene and located a pedestrian with severe injuries.

Despite the best efforts of first responders, the victim passed away from their injuries.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
