Portland, OR – One Killed in Three-Car Crash on NW Gilsan St near NW 14th Ave
Portland, OR (August 1, 2021) – A motor vehicle accident reported in the Portland area has claimed the life of one person while leaving several others injured early Saturday morning. At around 3 a.m., on July 31, emergency crews were notified that their assistance was needed on-site at a crash on Northwest Glisan Street.
Reports from local authorities indicate that a car was traveling west on Northwest Glisan Street when it became involved in a collision with a second vehicle at the intersection of Northwest 14th Avenue. The impact of the crash caused the two vehicles to slide into a third vehicle at the intersection.
One driver involved in the accident sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The two other drivers involved in the crash were treated for injuries. Three passengers were transported to area hospitals for the treatment of injuries.
