Portland, OR (August 24, 2022) – One person was left severely injured following a motor accident in Northeast Portland on Wednesday afternoon. Just before 12:30 p.m., on August 24, the Portland Police Bureau responded to a crash that occurred on Northeast 33rd Avenue.

The Portland Police Bureau reports show that a collision occurred on Northeast 33rd Avenue in the area near North East Mason Street. The crash caused severe disruptions in traffic across the intersection.

The police responded to the scene and blocked Northeast 33rd Avenue between Northeast Shaver Street and Northeast Skidmore Street as they worked to clear the scene.

One person suffered serious injuries as a result of this traffic collision. The victim was rushed to a local hospital where they underwent emergency medical treatment.

The Portland Police Bureau is investigating the circumstances surrounding the automobile accident at this time.
