Portland, OR – Nicholas Krusmark & Clayton Carney Lose Lives in Crash on Pacific WayOregon Legal News
Portland, OR (May 10, 2022) – Two men have lost their lives due to a crash in the Longview area on Sunday afternoon, May 8. The Cowlitz County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to the scene of a collision that occurred on Pacific Way.
Reports from the CCSO show that a Scion TC was traveling on Pacific Way when it became involved in an accident. The vehicle slid through a curve on the roadway and crossed over the median of the roadway. The vehicle then went airborne and struck a tree.
Two passengers in the vehicle suffered fatal injuries. They were identified as 21-year-old Nicholas Krusmark and 23-year-old Clayton Carney.
The 20-year-old driver was severely injured. They were airlifted to Southwest Medical Center in critical condition. Two other passengers, both 20-years-old, were transported to a local hospital via ambulance.
The crash remains under investigation.
