Portland, OR – Multi-Vehicle Crash on Highway 26 Causes Injuries & Delays
Portland, OR (September 18, 2021) – An auto accident reported near the Oregon Coast on Friday caused sprawling delays in traffic while leaving at least one person injured. At around 8 a.m., on September 17, calls for assistance came in surrounding an accident on Highway 26.
Reports from the Oregon Department of Transportation show that a collision between multiple vehicles blocked all lanes of Highway 26 just 11 miles east of Seaside. The incident caused moderate delays in the area that lasted for nearly three hours.
At least one person was transported to a local hospital where they underwent medical treatment for injuries.
