Portland, OR – Motorcyclist Loses Life in Crash with Vehicle on OR-99E near OR-211
Portland, OR (June 19, 2021) – A motor vehicle accident reported on Thursday morning in the South Side of Portland claimed the life of a motorcyclist. At around 6 a.m., on June 17, the Portland Police Department was notified that an accident took place on Oregon State Route 99 East.
Reports from authorities show that a motorcyclist was traveling on Oregon State Highway 99 E when it collided with a second vehicle near Oregon Highway 211.
The rider suffered fatal injuries in the accident and was pronounced deceased at the scene. The driver of the second vehicle involved in the accident was injured. The victim was transported to a local hospital for the treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
