Fatal Motorcycle Accidents in Oregon

Portland, OR – Motorcyclist Loses Life in Crash on SE Powell Ave near SE 62nd AveHundreds of people lose their lives in automobile accidents in the state of Oregon every year. Here in Portland, we see a significant number of people killed in accidents as a result of driver negligence. When drivers fail to yield to others, drive while distracted, or engage in other reckless actions, they placed the lives of others sharing the road at risk.

Unfortunately, there are many cases where motorcyclists end up losing their lives in crashes. Riders often have little more than helmets to protect them during collisions. As a result, the chances of suffering catastrophic and fatal injuries are dramatically increased. Many motorcyclists are ejected from their vehicles and suffer from even more severe injuries.

When motorcyclists lose their lives and accidents, they often leave behind families to grieve their unexpected loss. In some cases, families can seek legal guidance to get justice for their loved ones. A Portland wrongful death lawyer can provide your family with the best chance possible of getting justice and collecting compensation to help cover some of the costs you face.
