Portland, OR – Motorcyclist Killed in Car Crash on Martin Luther King Jr Blvd near Clay St
Portland, OR (August 23, 2021) – A motorcycle accident reported in the Po0rtland area on Sunday evening claimed one person’s life. Just before 8:30 p.m., on August 22, the Portland Police Department was notified that their assistance was needed on-site at a crash on Martin Luther King Jr Boulevard.
Reports from authorities show that a motorcycle and a second unidentified vehicle collided on Martin Luther King Jr Boulevard in the area of Clay Street during the evening hours.
The rider involved in the crash sustained fatal injuries. Authorities responded to the scene and pronounced the victim deceased.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation by the Portland Police Bureau’s Major Crash Team.
