Portland, OR (August 15, 2021) – Authorities in the Portland area were called to provide assistance at the scene of an accident that ended in injuries. At around 9 p.m., on August 9, emergency crews were notified that their assistance was needed on-site at a crash on East Historic Columbia River Highway.
Reports from authorities show that a collision between a motorcycle and a second vehicle took place on the highway in the area between Neilson Road and Woodard Road during the evening hours.
