Portland, OR – Motorcyclist Fatally Injured in Crash on NE 82nd Ave near NE Alderwood Rd
Portland, OR (September 9, 2021) – A deadly motorcycle crash took place in Portland that claimed one person’s life near the International Airport. Just after 9 a.m., on September 9, emergency crews were requested at the scene of an accident on Northeast 82nd Avenue.
The Portland Police Bureau reported that a motorcyclist was involved in an accident near the area of Northeast 82nd Avenue and Northeast Alderwood Road. As a result of the collision, a motorcyclist went down off the road.
The rider sustained severe injuries in the accident. Emergency crews responded to the scene and secured the area.
The victim was subsequently pronounced deceased as a result of their injuries. At this time, the PPB is investigating to determine the cause of the crash.
