Portland, OR (September 2, 2021) – Emergency crews responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident in the Portland area that ended in injuries. At around 7:34 p.m., on September 2, emergency crews were notified that their assistance was needed on-site at a crash on Southwest 18th Place.

Reports from authorities show that a collision between vehicles took place on Southwest 18th Place that blocked the area of Southwest Taylors Ferry Road. The incident caused moderate delays in the area.

Police and firefighters secured the area as crews worked to clear the roadway. Emergency medical services responded to the scene to render aid to victims before transporting those in need of further care to area hospitals. At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
