Car Accidents in Oregon

Portland, OR – Injury Accident Reported on SW 13th Ave near Clay StEvery day, we see innocent people harmed as a result of vehicle collisions in the state of Oregon. Here in the Portland area, we see many people hurt as a result of drivers who engage in negligent actions.

Speed is a major factor in car accidents. Speed limit signs are posted for a reason – to keep everyone safe. Unfortunately, some drivers choose to ignore the posted speed limit and put everyone at risk. In addition to speeding, weaving in and out of traffic is another dangerous driving behavior that can lead to car accidents. This type of reckless driving puts other motorists, pedestrians, and bicyclists at risk.

Drivers who are under the influence of drugs or alcohol are also a danger on the roadways. These substances impair a driver’s ability to operate a vehicle safely. Drivers who are high on drugs or drunk pose a serious threat to everyone on the road.

All of these factors – speeding drivers, drivers who are high on drugs or drunk, drivers who weave in and out of traffic – can contribute to car accidents. If you see any of these dangerous behaviors taking place, report them to the authorities immediately.
