Portland, OR (February 17, 2021) – An automobile accident reported in the Portland area resulted in confirmed injuries. Just after 9 p.m., on February 16, emergency crews were called to the scene of a vehicle collision on NE Lombard Street.

Reports from authorities show that a crash involving motor vehicles took place on NE Lombard Street at the intersection with NE 33rd Avenue. The crash blocked the intersection, prompting police and firefighters to secure the area as they worked to clear the scene.

Medical personnel responded to the scene of the accident and provided medical treatment to injured parties. At least one person was transported from the scene of the crash to a nearby hospital for further assistance. At this time, the circumstances surrounding the accident are under investigation by the police in Portland.
