Portland, OR – Injury Accident Reported at SE Grand Ave & SE Morrison St
Portland, OR (September 10, 2021) – The Portland Police Department responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident that sent at least one person to a local hospital with injuries on Friday morning. Just after 11 a.m., on September 10, emergency crews were notified that their assistance was needed at the scene of an accident on Southeast Grand Avenue.
Reports from local authorities show that a collision between vehicles blocked Southeast Grand Avenue in the area of Southeast Morrison Street. The incident prompted the police and firefighters to close off the roadway for an extended time.
Emergency crews worked to remove vehicles and debris from the roadway and to allow thru-traffic.
At least one person was transported to a local hospital where they underwent further care. At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
