Portland, OR – Injury Accident blocks SE Powell Blvd near Milwaukie Ave

Portland, OR (December 10, 2021) – A traffic-related incident reported on Friday morning in the Portland area left at least one person injured. Just after 7 a.m., on December 10, the Portland Police responded to the site of a crash on Southeast Powell Boulevard.

Reports from local authorities indicate that a collision between vehicles blocked the westbound lanes of Southeast Powell Boulevard in the area of Milwaukie Avenue. The incident caused moderate delays in the area as crews worked to clear the scene and restore the flow of traffic.

Emergency medical services rendered aid to injured victims while at the scene. At least one person was transported to a local hospital where they underwent further treatment of injuries.

At this time, the cause of the crash remains under investigation.
