Portland, OR (May 18, 2021) – An accident reported early Tuesday morning ended in injuries. At approximately 5:30 a.m., on May 18, the Portland Police responded to the scene of a crash on Interstate 84.

Reports provided by local law enforcement indicate that a collision between three vehicles occurred on the eastbound side of the interstate. The impact of the crash caused a white and red pickup truck to roll over and land on its roof.

The incident resulted in injuries. At least one person was hospitalized for the treatment of injuries.

Crews closed off the roadway between 207th Avenue and Marine Drive as they worked to clear the scene. At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
