Portland, OR (September 23, 2021) – Authorities in the Portland area were called to the site of a motor vehicle accident on Thursday morning that ended in injuries. At around 7:27 a.m., on September 23, calls for assistance came in surrounding a crash on Southeast 23rd Avenue.
Reports from the Portland Police Department indicate that a collision between vehicles blocked Southeast 23rd Avenue at the intersection of Southeast Bybee Boulevard during the morning hours.
