Portland, OR (July 20, 2021) – An automobile accident reported on Monday morning in the Portland area sent at least one person to a local hospital with injuries. At approximately 6:12 a.m., on July 19, emergency crews were notified that an accident took place on Southeast 122nd Avenue.

Reports from authorities show that a collision between vehicles blocked the area of Southeast 122nd Avenue and Southeast Pine Street during the morning hours. The incident prompted the Portland Police Department and firefighters to close off the roadway as they worked to clear the scene.

Emergency medical services responded to the site of the accident to render aid to victims. At least one person was transported to a local hospital for further care. At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
