Portland, OR – Injuries Follow Auto Accident on NE Grand Ave near NE Couch St
Portland, OR (February 9, 2023) – Officers with the Portland Police Bureau were dispatched to provide assistance at the scene of a motor vehicle accident that had taken place on Wednesday afternoon.
Just prior to 1:15 p.m. on February 8, law enforcement was notified that they were needed at the scene of an automobile collision that occurred on Northeast Grand Avenue.
Preliminary reports show that a crash involving vehicles happened on Northeast Grand Avenue near Northeast Couch Street. The incident prompted officials to close off the roadway extensively as they remained at the scene to clear the accident.
At least one person involved in the accident was injured and had to be transported to a local hospital by ambulance for further medical care.
The Portland police are currently investigating the accident.
