After being harmed in an accident that was caused by the negligent or reckless actions of another driver, you may be legally entitled to pursue a personal injury case against the person who is responsible. A personal injury case can help you secure financial compensation for various damages, including:

- Lost Earning Capacity: If you were left criminally disabled as a result of your accident, you are entitled to recover compensation for the lost earnings that you would have made over your lifetime.
- Medical Expenses: Any treatment, whether current or future, that you require for your injuries, you will be able to recover compensation for. This can include surgery, hospitalization, and even medication that you require long-term.
- Vehicle Repair Costs: If your vehicle was damaged in the accident, you can recover the cost of repairs. You will need to provide evidence of the damage done to your vehicle, such as photographs or an estimate from a mechanic.
