Portland, OR – Highway 219 Crash near SW Simpson Rd Results in InjuriesOregon Legal News
Portland, OR (November 2, 2022) – A traffic incident took place in the Portland area that resulted in injuries on Tuesday morning, November 1. Just after 9:20 a.m., emergency crews responded to a crash on Highway 219.
According to reports provided by the Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue, two vehicles collided on Highway 219 in the area near Southwest Simpson Road.
Two people were trapped inside of their vehicles. Firefighters had to extricate the victims from the light-colored sedan.
Multiple agencies responded to the scene to assist. A total of two victims were rushed to local trauma hospitals. At least one person was flown by Life Flight to an area hospital for emergency care.
The crash remains under investigation at this time.
