Portland, OR (September 11, 2021) – A motor vehicle accident caused some delays in the Portland area while leaving at least one person injured. At around 4:38 a.m., on September 11, the Portland Police Department assisted firefighters at the scene of a crash on Southeast Cesar E Chavez Boulevard.
Reports from local authorities show that a collision between vehicles blocked Southeast Cesar E Chavez Boulevard at the intersection of Southeast Clinton Street during the early morning hours.
The police and firefighters in Portland closed off the intersection as they worked to clear the roadway.
