Portland, OR – Car Crash with Injuries Reported on I-84 Freeway near NE 82nd Ave
Portland, OR (March 12, 2023) – Just after 6:20 p.m. on March 10, emergency crews were called to the scene of an automobile accident that took place in the Portland area and sent at least one person to an area hospital for treatment of injuries.
Preliminary reports provided by the Portland Police Bureau show that a collision blocked the westbound side of the Interstate 84 Freeway.
Crews arrived at the scene and blocked off the roadway near Northeast 82nd Avenue.
Police and firefighters spent an extended time at the scene of the accident as they worked to clear the road.
Paramedics responded to care for victims who suffered injuries before transporting them to local hospitals.
The Portland police have an active investigation underway to determine the cause of the crash.
