Portland, OR (August 8, 2021) – A motor vehicle accident reported in the Portland area sent at least one person to a local hospital with injuries. At around 12:51 a.m., on August 7, emergency crews were notified that their assistance was needed on-site at a crash on Southeast Powell Boulevard.
