Portland, OR – Blake Saville Killed in Bicycle Crash on Lancaster Drive SE
Portland, OR (February 23, 2021) – Authorities responded to the scene of a crash in the Portland area that ultimately claimed the life of a young man on Sunday evening. Just after 8 p.m., on February 21, the Marion County Sheriff’s Office was requested at the scene of a crash on Lancaster Drive SE.
Reports from authorities show that 25-year-old Blake Saville was riding a bicycle in the 300 block of Lancaster Drive SE when he was struck by a vehicle. Saville sustained severe and life-threatening injuries in the accident.
Saville was rushed to a Salem hospital for the treatment of injuries. Authorities confirmed that he passed away from his injuries on Monday, February 22. At this time, the crash remains under investigation.
