Portland, OR (July 21, 2022) – A Portland area accident took place on Wednesday evening that sent at least one person to a local hospital with injuries. Around 6:30 p.m., on July 20, the Portland Police Bureau was notified that a motor vehicle crash had occurred near the Morrison Bridge.

Reports provided by PPV show that a collision with injuries occurred on the Morrison Bridge in the area near the Southwest Naito Parkway ramp. The crash caused severe delays throughout the area. Law enforcement blocked off multiple lanes near the bridge as they worked to clear the scene.

At least one person involved in the crash was treated by paramedics and transported by ambulance to a nearby hospital.

The Portland Police Bureau is investigating the incident.
