Portland, OR (June 17, 2021) – Emergency crews were requested at the scene of an accident on Wednesday that ended in injuries. Just after 8 a.m., on June 16, the Portland Police Department, firefighters, and emergency medical services responded to the scene of a crash on Interstate 205.

Reports from authorities show that a collision between vehicles blocked two lanes on the southbound side of Interstate 205 at the Glenn Jackson Bridge. The incident resulted in significant delays in the area.

Medical personnel responded to the scene to treat injured victims and provide those in need of further care with transportation to area hospitals. At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
