Don Stait

Don Stait has focused his practice on advising clients regarding employment law issues, including policies and procedures, charges of discrimination and harassment, wrongful discharge, and wage claims in both class actions and single plaintiff litigation.

Before joining Kivel & Howard, Don spent ten years practicing law for the nation’s largest labor and employment law firm. Prior to attending law school, Don served as a law clerk in the corporate law department of a major retail chain.

When not house-bound by a pandemic, Don plays racquetball and frequents movie theaters.  Lately, he has been spending his time reading and enjoying his family including a feral feline and a fearless, eighteen pound grand-dog.

Don received his JD from Lewis and Clark Northwestern School of Law in 2010
