Marion County, OR – One Hospitalized after Crash on Delaney Rd SE
Marion County, OR (April 6, 2023) – The driver of a fire engine was transported to a local hospital with injuries following a car crash that occurred on Wednesday, April 5.
At around 1:00 p.m., the Marion County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to the site of a crash on Delaney Road Southeast.
Reports from the Sheriff’s Office show that a Turner fire engine was involved in a collision with a second vehicle on the roadway during the early afternoon hours. The vehicles were both damaged in the accident and came to rest, blocking the road.
The driver of the fire engine, who has not been identified to the public, suffered injuries. The victim was transported to a local hospital for emergency care.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
