This is especially true in cases where people are left with injuries. Regrettably, over 100,000 collisions occur within our state each year. Tens of thousands of people are left with injuries that require some form of medical treatment. When victims incur broken bones, spinal cord damage, and traumatic brain injuries, they are forced to undergo immediate and long-term treatment. Not only are victims left to suffer physically from their crashes, but both victims and their families are often forced to endure stacking medical costs and devastating financial consequences from lost wages and property repairs.
