Gresham, OR (July 22, 2021) – Several people were left injured following a motor vehicle accident in the Gresham area on Sunday evening. At around 9 p.m., on July 18, emergency crews were notified that a crash took place on Northeast 181st Avenue.
Reports from authorities show that a crash involving four vehicles took place on Northeast 181st Avenue near the intersection of Halsey Street. One of the vehicles involved in the crash was carrying a boat on a trailer. The boat dislodged from the trailer and crashed into another vehicle.
One person became trapped inside their vehicles as a result of the crash. The victim was extricated from their vehicle by responding firefighters. A total of five people were transported to local hospitals with injuries. At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
